Max Payne Pg 13 For Theaters Extended

Based on the trailers for John Moore Max Payne film, the film looks to be a fairly faithful interpretation of hard-boiled police shooter: it seems dark and brooding, and more than a little mysterious. As such, it seemed reasonable to assume that it received an R-rating here in the U.S., something that Moore was not pleased when he submitted his first creation for the MPAA, only to be told that the film Felt dark. Now, after making some cuts Max Payne, which received a PG-13 rating for its theatrical release.
